New name Look Up Contact and new features

I have just published the new version of the same app under a new name "Look Up Contact". Now you can look up a contact not only from the email but from SMS, MMS, call log record and address book contact. The first version published version is 0.2.2.

ContextLookup 0.5.0 is out

This is more or less how I always wanted to see this app. One single clickable list field. Please let me know if this works for you.
