I have just published the new version of the same app under a new name "Look Up Contact". Now you can look up a contact not only from the email but from SMS, MMS, call log record and address book contact. The first version published version is 0.2.2.

ContextLookup 0.4.0 is out.
In this release I have simplified the screen and introduced new logic for showing names and e-mails. Now if a contact has its name in the e-mail header it takes preference to its e-mail address. So only name is shown if present and only e-mail otherwise.
